Posted cleaning record for restrooms, kitchens, and shared spaces — part compliance paperwork, part public proof that somebody actually comes through every two hours.
Post it where customers can see it; a visibly initialed log changes how both staff and the public treat the room.
To print: adjust the title, rows, and columns above (column headings are click-to-edit), then hit Print. To save a PDF instead: choose "Save as PDF" as the printer in the print dialog — same result, no software needed. Everything except the sheet is stripped from the printout automatically.
