Food-safety temperature log for fridges, freezers, and hot-holding — health inspectors ask for exactly this record, filled in at the stated frequency, with corrective actions noted.

Fridges at or below 40°F, freezers at 0°F. The corrective-action column is what inspectors read first: a logged '45°F — moved stock, called service' is compliance; a silent gap is a violation.

To print: adjust the title, rows, and columns above (column headings are click-to-edit), then hit Print. To save a PDF instead: choose "Save as PDF" as the printer in the print dialog — same result, no software needed. Everything except the sheet is stripped from the printout automatically.
