Sign-in & attendance sheets
Sign-up sheets
Log sheets & trackers
These are working tools, not template downloads: the sheet you see on each page is the sheet that prints. Click a column heading to rename it, add rows for big groups, flip to landscape for wide tables, and the print stylesheet strips everything else off the page automatically.
How to make a sign-in or sign-up sheet
Every sheet here is live and editable before you print it, so you can turn a generic template into the exact form your group needs in about a minute. Start with the sheet closest to your use: a sign-in sheet for attendance and visitors, a sign-up sheet for volunteers, potluck dishes, or time slots, or a log sheet for equipment, deliveries, medications, or temperatures. From there, three things are adjustable right on the page.
Rename any column. Click a column heading and type over it. If the open-house sheet asks for "Working with an agent?" and you'd rather track "Referred by," just retype it. The sheet title works the same way โ click it, or use the title box in the controls โ and it prints centered at the top.
Set the size. Pick anywhere from 10 to 40 rows depending on how many people you expect, and choose portrait or landscape paper. Wide sheets with five or more columns read better in landscape; a short name-and-time list is fine in portrait. There is also a date-and-location line above the table you can show or hide.
Print or save. Click "Print this sheet" and your browser's print dialog opens with only the sheet showing โ the controls, menus, and ads are stripped out automatically. To keep a digital copy instead of paper, set the destination (or printer) to "Save as PDF" in that same dialog. Nothing downloads or installs, and there is no account to create.
One habit that helps: seed the first row with an example, or pre-fill a column before you print. A "Setup 8โ10" already written into the shift column collects more real commitments than a blank one does.
Frequently asked questions
Can I add or rename my own columns? You can rename any column by clicking its heading and typing. The number of columns is set per sheet to fit its purpose, so if you need a different mix, pick the sheet whose column count is closest and relabel the headings to suit you.
How do I save it as a PDF? Click Print, then in the print dialog change the destination or printer to "Save as PDF" and save the file. That option is built into Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox โ no extra software needed.
Is it really free, with no sign-up? Yes. Every sheet is free to customize and print. There is no account, no email, and nothing to download; the site is supported by ads.
How many rows can I have? Choose 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, or 40 rows from the Rows menu before printing. For a longer list, print a second copy and keep numbering where the first left off.
Will the ads and menus show up on my printout? No. The print stylesheet hides everything except the sheet itself, so what comes out of the printer is a clean paper form.
