Printable Preschool Sign-In Sheet

Classroom sign-in for preschool and pre-K programs — a clean daily record of arrivals, departures, and which adult was on each end.

Print one per classroom per day and have staff file them weekly; a dated stack beats one long running sheet when licensing asks for a specific day.

To print: adjust the title, rows, and columns above (column headings are click-to-edit), then hit Print. To save a PDF instead: choose "Save as PDF" as the printer in the print dialog — same result, no software needed. Everything except the sheet is stripped from the printout automatically.
