Hours tracking for volunteer days and service events. Many volunteers need documented hours for school, court, or employer matching programs — this sheet is that documentation.

Total each volunteer's hours at the bottom before filing; nonprofits report volunteer hours for grants, and a pre-totaled sheet saves the bookkeeper real time.

To print: adjust the title, rows, and columns above (column headings are click-to-edit), then hit Print. To save a PDF instead: choose "Save as PDF" as the printer in the print dialog — same result, no software needed. Everything except the sheet is stripped from the printout automatically.
