Printable Community Service Hours Sheet

Hours log for court-ordered community service and school service requirements. The supervisor signature per session is what makes the hours count.

Courts and schools usually want their own cover form as the official total — but they accept a per-session log like this as the backup detail. Sign every session, not just the last one.

To print: adjust the title, rows, and columns above (column headings are click-to-edit), then hit Print. To save a PDF instead: choose "Save as PDF" as the printer in the print dialog — same result, no software needed. Everything except the sheet is stripped from the printout automatically.
