Printable Sign-In Sheet

A general-purpose sign-in sheet that works for meetings, events, offices, and classes: name, time in, time out, and a signature column.

If you only need names and arrival times, click the last two column headings and retype them — every column heading on this sheet is editable.

To print: adjust the title, rows, and columns above (column headings are click-to-edit), then hit Print. To save a PDF instead: choose "Save as PDF" as the printer in the print dialog — same result, no software needed. Everything except the sheet is stripped from the printout automatically.
