Printable Event Sign-In Sheet

Guest register for community events, fundraisers, and grand openings — attendance count and mailing list in one pass.

The last column is the one you'll actually use later: knowing which channel brought people is worth more than the headcount.

To print: adjust the title, rows, and columns above (column headings are click-to-edit), then hit Print. To save a PDF instead: choose "Save as PDF" as the printer in the print dialog — same result, no software needed. Everything except the sheet is stripped from the printout automatically.
