Usage log for libraries, computer labs, and makerspaces — who used which station and when, for both fair-use limits and the usage stats budgets depend on.

Those daily counts are ammunition at budget time — 'the lab logged 340 sessions last month' beats 'the lab feels busy.'

To print: adjust the title, rows, and columns above (column headings are click-to-edit), then hit Print. To save a PDF instead: choose "Save as PDF" as the printer in the print dialog — same result, no software needed. Everything except the sheet is stripped from the printout automatically.
