Printable Training Sign-In Sheet

Documentation-grade attendance for workplace training: for OSHA, HR, and compliance topics, the signed sheet IS the proof that training happened.

Write the course title, trainer, and date on the sheet title line before printing — auditors want the what and who on the same page as the signatures.

To print: adjust the title, rows, and columns above (column headings are click-to-edit), then hit Print. To save a PDF instead: choose "Save as PDF" as the printer in the print dialog — same result, no software needed. Everything except the sheet is stripped from the printout automatically.
