Printable Job Site Sign-In Sheet

Daily entry log for construction and job sites: every worker and visitor on site, when they arrived, and when they left. In an emergency muster, this sheet is the headcount.

Keep the completed sheets with the job file — site attendance records settle more subcontractor billing disputes than anyone expects.

To print: adjust the title, rows, and columns above (column headings are click-to-edit), then hit Print. To save a PDF instead: choose "Save as PDF" as the printer in the print dialog — same result, no software needed. Everything except the sheet is stripped from the printout automatically.
