Printable Weekly Attendance Sheet

A one-week attendance grid for classes, clubs, teams, and small programs: names down the side, days across the top, a check or initial in each box.

Write the week's dates into the day headings before printing (click to edit) — 'Mon 3/9' beats a stack of identical undated grids at the end of the term.

To print: adjust the title, rows, and columns above (column headings are click-to-edit), then hit Print. To save a PDF instead: choose "Save as PDF" as the printer in the print dialog — same result, no software needed. Everything except the sheet is stripped from the printout automatically.
