Printable Tryout Sign-In Sheet

Registration sheet for team tryouts and auditions: who showed up, what they're trying out for, and the pinny or number the coaches will actually remember them by.

Assign numbers at sign-in and evaluate by number — coaches rating 'red pinny 14' stay more objective than coaches rating names they recognize.

To print: adjust the title, rows, and columns above (column headings are click-to-edit), then hit Print. To save a PDF instead: choose "Save as PDF" as the printer in the print dialog — same result, no software needed. Everything except the sheet is stripped from the printout automatically.
