Printable Sunday School Sign-In Sheet

Check-in sheet for Sunday school and children's church: which class each child is in, who dropped them off, and who's authorized to collect them.

Note allergies beside the child's name at drop-off — the volunteer serving snacks at 10:45 can't go find a parent to ask.

To print: adjust the title, rows, and columns above (column headings are click-to-edit), then hit Print. To save a PDF instead: choose "Save as PDF" as the printer in the print dialog — same result, no software needed. Everything except the sheet is stripped from the printout automatically.
