Printable Class Attendance Sheet

Per-session attendance sheet for classes, workshops, and lectures where students sign themselves in.

Date every sheet before it circulates. An undated attendance sheet is worthless the moment two of them end up in the same folder.

To print: adjust the title, rows, and columns above (column headings are click-to-edit), then hit Print. To save a PDF instead: choose "Save as PDF" as the printer in the print dialog — same result, no software needed. Everything except the sheet is stripped from the printout automatically.
