Printable Bake Sale Sign-Up Sheet

Contribution sheet for bake sales with the two columns that matter in a school cafeteria: allergy status and whether the item arrives ingredient-labeled.

Many schools now require ingredient labels on every item — putting the column on the sign-up sheet means bakers know before they bake, not at the table.

To print: adjust the title, rows, and columns above (column headings are click-to-edit), then hit Print. To save a PDF instead: choose "Save as PDF" as the printer in the print dialog — same result, no software needed. Everything except the sheet is stripped from the printout automatically.
