Paper registration for events that take walk-up signups — headcount, contact list, and party size in one place.

The "# attending" column is the one people forget to ask for — it's the difference between 40 names and knowing to set up 95 chairs.

To print: adjust the title, rows, and columns above (column headings are click-to-edit), then hit Print. To save a PDF instead: choose "Save as PDF" as the printer in the print dialog — same result, no software needed. Everything except the sheet is stripped from the printout automatically.
