Write the family's dietary notes and porch-drop-off instructions in the title line — the point of a meal train is that nobody has to ask the family anything.

To print: adjust the title, rows, and columns above (column headings are click-to-edit), then hit Print. To save a PDF instead: choose "Save as PDF" as the printer in the print dialog — same result, no software needed. Everything except the sheet is stripped from the printout automatically.
